BCL Legal are working with a reputable regional law firm who are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Trusts and Tax Solicitor to join a dynamic Private Client team in Nottingham. This role involves managing a caseload of trust settlements, trust administration and providing specialist tax advice.

Key Responsibilities: -

- Handle trust settlements, administration, and tax advice.
- Meet individual targets with minimal supervision.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Adhere to quality procedures and management systems.
- Support business development and team growth.

Qualifications and Experience: -

- Minimum of 2 years PQE in a Private Client setting with experience in Trusts/Tax, pre-qualification experience will be taken into account.
