An award-winning law firm in North Surrey is looking for someone to join their Residential property team on a permanent basis.

As the Residential Solicitor you will be responsible for a range of different caseloads that will include sales, purchases, re-mortgages and more.

The ideal candidate will already have a couple of years' experience in this role or very similar, where you have experience managing your own caseload.

Residential Solicitor key responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and transfer deeds.
• Conduct thorough due diligence and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Keep abreast of changes in property law and market trends to provide informed guidance.
• Business development and marketing.
