I'm currently supporting a Legal 500 and Chambers UK ranked law firm as they look to add a Private Client Solicitor to the team in Surrey.

The ideal candidate will be 2+ years PQE and have a proven track record as a fee earner within Private Client / Private Wealth. I would still encourage you to apply if you have less than 2 years experience.

As the Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload including wills, probate, trusts, estate planning and lasting powers of attorney.

Private client solicitor responsibilities:

• Advise high-net-worth individuals, families, and vulnerable clients on complex legal matters.
• Provide clear, empathetic guidance to clients during sensitive situations.
• Develop lasting client relationships and play an active role in business development.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal standards.
• Fee earning.

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive.
• Experience within Private Client.
• Proven experience as a fee earner.
