My client, an award-winning firm in Guildford, is looking for a Solicitor to join their Commercial Property team on a full-time basis.

Within the Commercial Property team you will focus on freehold sales, commercial lases, acquisitions, asset sales and purchases for development and commercial sites.

The ideal candidate will come from a Commercial Property background, where they have experience managing their own caseload and own business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fee earning and business development.
• Manage a diverse caseload of residential and commercial property transactions.
• Provide expert legal advice on property law, including sales, purchases, leases, and development agreements.
• Conduct due diligence and prepare legal documentation, including contracts and reports.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Stay updated on relevant legislation and market trends to provide informed advice.
