Residential Property Associate / Senior Associate - Liverpool

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a leading and award winning international law firm as part of its top ranking Real Estate team based in Liverpool.

ROLE

· Managing a caseload of Residential Property matters from inception to completion
· Dealing with a small caseload of high value matters
· Supporting the wider team with technical queries


REQUIREMENTS

· Qualified Solicitor / Licenced Conveyancer or equivalent
· Previous experience in all areas of residential conveyancing with the ability to run matters from inception through completion to file closure with minimal supervision
· Excellent communication skills
· Able to prioritise tasks and to work under pressure
· Excellent organisational skills
· Adherence to guidelines and procedures
