As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will handle a diverse caseload, including sales, purchases, leases, and property development. You'll work closely with clients, providing expert legal advice and support throughout each transaction.

Residential Property Solicitor Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied portfolio of residential property transactions from start to finish.
• Provide clear, professional legal advice to clients.
• Conduct due diligence and prepare relevant documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues, estate agents, and other stakeholders.
• Stay updated on legal developments and best practices in residential property law.
• Networking and business development.

What do you need?

• Ideally 2-5 years PQE in residential property law or similar experience.
• Strong knowledge of property legislation and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
