Residential Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Fee Earner - Cheshire

Highly respected and award winning Cheshire based firm is recruiting an experienced conveyancer to join its busy team.

THE FIRM

Providing advice to a wide ranging client base regionally and nationally
Delivering an exceptional and bespoke service to each of its clients offering trust and communication

THE ROLE
Working with an award winning and team of reputable property experts within its CQS accredited conveyancing team
Handling your own varied caseload of conveyancing transactions to include high value and more complex transactions
Maintaining and further developing relationships with local estate agents and referrers

REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 5 years experience handling your own conveyancing caseload is essential for this role
Confident in handling complex leasehold matters
Experience working in a supervisory capacity
Excellent technical, IT and client care skills
