The Role
- You will be responsible for managing you own caseload of residential property matters
- The caseload will be varied and will cover all aspects of residential property
- The caseload will include (but not be limited to);
- Freehold and leasehold purchases
- New build properties and purchases through the Help to Buy Scheme
You
- To be considered for the role you must be a Qualified Solicitor/Licensed conveyancer or Legal Executive with at least 2 years PQE in Residential Conveyancing
