Residential Conveyancer/Property Solicitor - Bucks

This is a great role for NQ - 2 years PQE to join a busy and successful team.

You will be managing your own caseload and this role will see you working as a fee earner. The firm have superb relationships in place with the local agents and much of the workflow comes from reputations and recommendations. Experienced in offering superb client support, keeping all parties updated on the conveyancing process, identifying issues, finding solutions and signing off client draft reports.

The work is of a high quality and will include sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, including high value homes. You will be able to advise on remortgages and transfers of equity.

The team are like-minded and you will have the opportunity to develop your name in the local area and be a property expert of choice in residential matters.
