Position Overview
The Conveyancer will play a key role in the firm's residential property department, managing a caseload of conveyancing matters from instruction to completion. This position is crucial in ensuring smooth property transactions and maintaining the firm's high standards of client service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters
  • Handle sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
  • Communicate effectively with clients throughout the transaction process
  • Ensure timely completion of conveyancing transactions

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload
