A highly regarded regional firm is looking for a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join their residential property team, based in Shrewsbury.

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish and have at 3+ years PQE with demonstrable experience which includes but is not limited to:-

Sales and purchases (Freehold and Leasehold)
New build purchases
Unregistered conveyancing, including first registrations
Remortgages including Equity Release products
Shared ownerships and Help to Buy schemes
Transfers of Equity

ABOUT YOU

- You will have at least 3 years of experience in residential property
- You will have strong fee earning experience
- You will be confident in managing the full range of residential property transactions
