-Regional law firm with two offices across Yorkshire
-Established team with many years' experience
-Local client base

The Role:

-You will be running a diverse caseload within a close knit team which will include:
* Sales and purchases
* Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property
* Extensive client contact
* Remortgages
* Leasehold flats
* Newbuilds
* Transfers of Equity

Requirements:

-Must be able to handle all conveyancing transactions
-You will have proven experience delivering the role responsibilities as detailed above
