Residential Conveyancer

Are you looking to join a well regarded firm who have seen great organic growth over recent years?

We are currently working with a well known firm who are looking to add a Residential Conveyancer to their team in the Selby office.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience in the following matters;

• Buying freehold or leasehold properties
• Selling freehold or leasehold properties
• Buying from developers
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of ownership
• Lease extensions
• Buying auction properties

About you

• Residential Conveyancer with 2 years PQE or equivalent
• Ability to work to deadlines, prioritise and manage a varied caseload
• Recent experience handling residential property cases
• Ability to manage a caseload from inception to completion
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
