THE FIRM
- Dynamic and innovative law firm is recruiting for an experienced conveyancer to join its busy residential property team
- Highly accredited, the firm holds the CQS (conveyancing quality scheme) and has a strong reputation in the North East market
THE ROLE
- Working closely with the head of conveyancing to progress a caseload of transactions through to completion
- Assisting on a range of conveyancing transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Preparing legal documentation as required
- Using a case management systems
REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar conveyancing role is essential
- Must have experience using a case management system
