Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor - Cheshire
A growing boutique law firm is seeking an experienced conveyancer to help grow their property offering in Cheshire. This firm offers a range of services to both private individuals and businesses and prides itself in providing excellent quality service to all clients.
THE ROLE
- You will handle a busy and varied caseload of property transactions
- To help the growth of a new office with the assistance of an experienced paralegal
- Handling conveyancing matters from inception through to completion, which will vary depending upon experience but will include:
* Sales and purchases
* Freehold, leasehold
* Extensive client contact
* Re-mortgages
YOU
-You will be a residential property solicitor, licensed conveyancer, legal executive or fee earner
-You will have proven experience of working within residential property handling a full caseload from inception through to post completion
