Residential Conveyancer - Bedfordshire

Our client is a high street private law firm who are seeking a residential conveyancer to join the team and the position offers very good benefits and secretarial support.

Servicing clients across Bedfordshire, the caseload will be mixed, and we are seeking someone who can work unsupervised on sale and purchases for both freehold and leasehold properties up to £1.5m. We are seeking a friendly and effective communicator, organised with good drafting skills able to undertake all aspects of residential property matters from inception to post completion. You will manage searches and raise and answer enquiries, ensuring your clients have a smooth conveyancing experience. The firm have good relationships in place with the local estate agents and we are seeking someone who is happy to continue to nurture these for further referrals.
