The Role
Working within a leading regulatory transport team of this national firm
Working alongside partners recognised as experts in this practice area
Providing sector based regulatory compliance and linked litigation defence
Assisting and representing clients at Traffic Commissioner Public Inquiry Hearings, Preliminary Hearings, Driver Conduct Hearings and Magistrate Court Hearings
Auditing of businesses in respect of their transport compliance systems
Business development to grow the team / network
Requirements
NQ - 3 qualified solicitor
Regulatory Transport Experience - Traffic Commissioner Hearings or criminal defence work
Criminal or civil advocacy experience
