An opportunity for an ambitious regulatory solicitor with expertise in Health & Safety to join this award winning team of this international law firm, based in Manchester.

The Role
Working as part of a top tier regulatory team of this international law firm
Managing an exciting portfolio of cases offering a variety of work from all business sectors and sizes
Providing legal advice on health and safety regulations, policies, and procedures
Defending companies and company directors facing investigation and criminal prosecution by regulatory bodies
Attend client premises, police stations and court hearings as required
Work collaboratively with colleagues across the team to ensure high-quality service delivery

Requirements
E&W qualified solicitor
Minimum of 1+ PQE experience in H&S law
Applicants with experience of Prosecution or Defence work are welcome
