As a Real Estate Solicitor within this national team, you will be at the forefront of handling diverse commercial real estate development and investment projects, as well as asset management matters. Your role will also involve providing essential support on larger real estate transactions. The dynamic and busy nature of the team will allow you to quickly immerse yourself in high-quality work, collaborating with both local and national clients.

Candidates with a passion for real estate law and exposure to complex real estate work are encouraged to apply. Essential skills include experience in real estate investment projects, drafting and reviewing legal documents related to asset management, acquisitions, and dispositions, providing legal advice on property development, and assisting in the due diligence process for real estate transactions. Delivering a first-class service to clients is paramount.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years PQE, possess excellent drafting skills, have a sense of commercial pragmatism, a bright mind, and a strong team ethos. Business development is a key aspect of this role, and you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the team by organising client events, writing articles for the firm's website, and participating in other marketing activities.
