BCL Legal are now partnering with a leading regional firm on the recruitment of a real estate solicitor to their Legal 500 recommended team in Manchester city centre . The firm is well known for offering strong internal progression and a friendly welcoming culture.

Role Overview

Responsibilities include:
· Leading regional firm.
· Legal 500 recommended real estate team.
* This role would be to work in the investment sub team- buying, selling, and refinancing of commercial property. It's investment for well established high profit companies and investment for high-net-worth individuals.
· This is an opportunity to do high quality work in a supportive culture. The successful solicitor will have plenty of client exposure and excellent ongoing training.

Candidate Requirements

You will have:
· Real Estate solicitor 4 PQE +
· Real Estate investment experinece
· Great technical skills
· Good client facing skills
