Real Estate Solicitor- 2-5 PQE - Manchester city centre

Real Estate Solicitor. A top UK firm is seeking a junior to mid level (2-5 PQE) solicitor to join its highly regarded real estate team in Manchester city centre.

The Role will involve:
* The team is ranked highly in the Legal 500 and act for a wide range of occupiers, developers, investors and banks on site acquisitions, disposals, day-to-day property management and real estate finance(including many household names).
* They are keen to recruit a lawyer 2-5 PQE to pick up a varied caseload of real estate work, working across a range of sectors including hotel, leisure and retail. You will have plenty of exposure to clients and work.
* This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to get in depth and varied experience, working alongside leaders within the field on real estate matters.
* You will be given plenty of support & ongoing training as the team are keen to progress people. Candidate Requirements of the successful commercial property solicitor:
* 2-5 PQE with real estate experience.
* Solid technical skills ideally developed at a highly regarded regional, national or international firm.
* A strong academic profile
