About the Role: In this key position, the solicitor will manage a diverse range of commercial property cases, working closely with clients from various industries. Their work will involve:

- Overseeing the buying and selling of commercial properties, including drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting due diligence, and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
- Handling lease agreements for retail, office, and industrial properties, negotiating terms.
- Assisting clients with property development matters, including planning permissions and legal challenges.
- Providing guidance on disputes related to commercial properties, such as landlord-tenant issues and breach of contract situations.
- Offering strategic advice on property investment, portfolio management, and risk assessment to help clients make informed decisions.
