About the Role:

We are seeking a Real Estate Solicitor with at least 1 PQE to join a leading Property Investment team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to engage with a diverse client base and handle a broad range of high-value commercial property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handling high-value landlord and tenant work, including lease negotiations and renewals.
- Managing commercial property sales and purchases.
- Providing day-to-day investment asset management support, such as deeds of variation, rent reviews, dilapidations claims, and tenant applications for consent.
- Working closely with the Property Litigation team on matters related to the 1954 Act and enforcement actions.
- Assisting clients with property financings and refinancings.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, including ultra-high net worth individuals, family offices, major UK property companies, corporate occupiers, banks, and social housing providers.

Candidate Profile:

- Qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales with at least 1 year PQE in real estate law.
- Experience in handling a broad range of commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant work, sales and purchases, and asset management.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- A client-focused approach with the ability to work effectively with a range of high-profile clients.
- Experience in liaising with litigation colleagues on property disputes and enforcement actions is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines.
