Our law firm client are seeking am ambitious real estate lawyer to join their award winning real estate team in Hampshire.

This role offers a compelling opportunity for ambitious individuals seeking exposure to high-profile projects which also offers ample room for career advancement.

You will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to clients on a wide range of landlord and tenant matters across all sectors and values, alongside general acquisition and disposal work.

The successful candidate will enjoy a varied caseload and advise on all aspects of Landlord and Tenant Real Estate work including acquisitions and disposals, lease renewals, head office relocations, lease management and regearing issues, rent reviews, property refinancing, and (working closely with the firms Corporate team) the property aspects of business acquisitions, sales and reorganisations.
