My client, an award wining Legal 100 ranked firm, is looking to an a Real Estate Solicitor to their Commercial Property team on a full time, permanent basis.

Being established for 50+ years, they have seen great success and growth in a range of different sectors.

As the Real Estate Solicitor you will work on a variety of commercial real estate, residential investment and secured lending transactions. This will also include including residential investment work and secure lending transactions on behalf of lenders.

Real Estate Solicitor responsibilities:

• Manage own case load of work.
• Support all members of the team and as appropriate.
• Ensure achievement of own key financial targets, including fees, contribution and payment of debts and disbursements
• Monitor own performance in relation to the number of live files, file closures, file openings, billing, time recording and to take appropriate action to ensure targets are met.
• Business development.
• Attend supporting seminars, writing articles, helping gather information for pitches and reading appropriate trade papers.
