Real Estate Senior Associate | 4+ PQE | Leeds with hybrid working

A UK-Top 40 firm is looking for a Real Estate Senior Associate to join their busy national team based in the Leeds office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly ranked team and develop your career to the next level with top quality work and an outstanding client base.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

You will join one of the largest multi-disciplinary real estate practices in the country, with market-leading expertise, regardless of the size or complexity of the transaction. The team is proud to have been involved in some of the most interesting and transformational real estate projects across the country and the successful candidate will also play a key part in future high profile work.

The remit of this role is wide, spanning development matters (both residential and commercial), acquisitions and disposals and landlord and tenant work. There's an impressive client base made up of commercial and residential developers, investors, major corporate occupiers and banks/funders and you will have exposure with key clients from the outset.

ABOUT YOU:

· Qualified Solicitor, ideally 4+ years' PQE.
· Experience gained within an established practice, ideally national or international.
· Demonstrable experience of managing a broad range of real estate matters including development, acquisition and disposals and landlord and tenant matters.
· The ambition to succeed and commitment to business development and client relationship management.
· Ideally experience of supervising junior team members, or at least the desire to do so.
· Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

OTHER INFORMATION:

· Competitive salary c.£70k upwards depending on experience.
· Hybrid working, usually 2 days in the office per week.
