I am currently working with a Legal 500 ranked and award winning law firm who are looking for an Real Estate Operations Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

Due to growth, I am looking for someone who has management experience within Real Estate Law to support the head of department.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team within Real Estate Law and have a couple of years' experience.

Real Estate Operations Manager responsibilities:

• Support and manage a team of 8-10.
• Train and develop new staff.
• Minute for HOD meetings.
• Manage billing process monthly.
• Credit control, reduced aged debt, chase deposits.
• Work with clients.
• Work closely with solicitors and heads of departments.
• Gather fee earners updated billings.

What will make you stand out?

• Previous experience with Real Estate Law.
• Happy to be office based.
• A couple of years' experience in the same role or similar.
