Real Estate Managed Legal Services Associate - Manchester - 2 PQE+

A leading international firm is seeking an Real Estate lawyer to join its highly regarded Manchester team. This is an innovative firm with a forward thinking approach offering excellent training, support and overall financial package.

The Real Estate Solicitor Role:

· Legal 500 recommended real estate team.
· To join a dedicated managed legal services client service team- the MLS team sits alongside the broader real estate lawyers.
· You will be working as an extension of one client's in-house legal team- providing outsourced managed legal services.
· The client is a FTSE 100 retail company.
· The managed legal services team manage the client's property estate.
· This is an exciting role, an opportunity to deliver legal services in a new way to a household name client- acting as a one stop shop for all legal services usually carried out by the client's in house team.
· Utilising the latest technology to deliver legal services- working with the in-house legal tech team.
· You will be working on underleases, lease renewals, licenses, disposals and acquisitions.


Candidate Requirements:

· Solid real estate experience whether from a large national/international firm or a regional or smaller firm with a solid real estate practice.
· 2 PQE+
· Strong ties to Manchester.
· Strong client skills.
· Good academic record.
