An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Finance Lawyer to join a dynamic and expanding full-service law firm in London. Known for its entrepreneurial client base, the firm advises privately-owned, founder-led, and private equity-backed businesses, including challenger banks, financial institutions, and the individuals behind them.

This role offers the chance to work across the full spectrum of real estate finance and corporate lending, advising lenders, borrowers, developers, and intermediaries. The team handles a diverse range of transactions across sectors including residential, commercial, and retail property.

Key areas of focus include:

- Property development and investment funding.
- Real estate finance and corporate lending for commercial and residential property transactions.
- Portfolio buy-to-let arrangements.
- Development finance for mixed-use and large-scale projects.
- Healthcare, hotels, and leisure finance.
- Private client finance and LMA standard work.

About You:

- At least 2 years' PQE in real estate finance or corporate lending.
- Experience advising on high-value and complex transactions for a range of clients, including lenders, borrowers, and developers.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- A proactive and solution-focused approach to delivering exceptional client service.
