Key Responsibilities:

- Advising on a range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and development projects.
- Handling complex, high-value deals across a variety of sectors, including commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties.
- Providing strategic advice to clients, including institutional investors, developers, and corporate occupiers.
- Collaborating with colleagues across the firm's international offices on cross-border real estate matters.
- Managing your own caseload while also working closely with senior partners on large-scale projects.

Candidate Requirements:

- 2 to 5 years PQE within a reputable real estate practice.
- Strong experience in handling commercial real estate transactions.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Proven experience managing clients and complex transactions independently.
- Enthusiasm for professional development and a keen interest in the property sector.
