About the Role:

A full-service law firm in the heart of the City of London is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Real Estate Associate with 2 to 4 years PQE. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented solicitor to join a leading team that handles high-value commercial real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a diverse caseload of high-value commercial real estate transactions, including investment acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and property management.
- Support a wide range of businesses in achieving their occupational real estate strategies.
- Provide high-quality legal advice to clients on complex commercial real estate matters, with a focus on London markets.
- Draft, review, and negotiate leases, contracts, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.
- Work closely with partners on business development initiatives to expand the firm's client base and market presence.
- Assist with real estate corporate support as needed, though this is not the primary focus of the role.

Candidate Profile:

- Qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales with 2 to 4 years PQE in a core commercial real estate practice.
- Extensive experience in handling high-profile and high-value real estate transactions, particularly within the London market.
- Strong technical legal expertise and excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, client-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Demonstrable experience in supporting partners with business development initiatives.
- Knowledge of providing real estate corporate support is advantageous but not essential.
- Commercial awareness and a strong understanding of the real estate sector, particularly in dealing with investors from the Middle East, the Far East, and UK-based private property companies (propcos).
- Experience in acting for corporate occupiers, especially in the industrial and prime London office sectors, is highly desirable.
