A leading Yorkshire firm is looking to welcome an ambitious real estate solicitor to their high ranked team in Leeds. This role presents an excellent opportunity to be involved in exceptional quality work alongside a growing team of talented lawyers, many of which have strong individual recognition in all major legal directories and/or have spent much of their careers at international, top-ranked practices.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Real Estate team deal with a diverse range of high quality work spanning development matters (both residential and commercial), acquisitions and disposals and landlord and tenant work. There is an impressive client list including FTSE 100 businesses and there will be early exposure and responsibility with key clients from the outset of the role.

More about this role:

- Excellent opportunity for a mid level real estate solicitor looking to deal with high quality commercial development work.
- Work within an experienced team of straight talking real estate specialists working with expert colleagues across the firm's construction, property litigation and banking teams.
- Act for corporates across a wide range of sectors, as well as developers, banks and big 4 accountants. This particular position has a focus on retail clients.

ABOUT YOU

· Qualified Solicitor, with at least 2 years' PQE in real estate.
· Ideally you will be working with a recognised commercial firm or a solid in-house legal team.
· You will also be the kind of person who wants to build relationships and work as part of a team.
· You will take a commercially pragmatic and jargon-free approach to advising clients.
· A motivated team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
· The ability to remain calm under pressure.
