-You will be running a varied residential property caseload from inception to post completion
-Caseload is existing with repeat local clients
-You will be dealing with leasehold and freehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, new-builds and re-mortgages

Requirements:

-Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed conveyancer qualified
-Team player
-Able to run the full remit of conveyancing transactions
-Links to the North East
