They are currently seeking a talented and motivated Property Solicitor to join their dynamic team. This role offers flexible working option.
You will be responsibilities for:
* Manage a varied caseload of residential and commercial property transactions.
* Provide expert legal advice on property-related matters.
* Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and deeds.
* Conduct due diligence and property searches.
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors to ensure smooth transactions.
* Stay updated with the latest developments in property law.
What we are looking for:
* Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in property law.
* Strong knowledge of residential and commercial property transactions.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
