Sellick Partnership is excited to be recruiting for a Property Paralegal to join a thriving London-based local authority.

This role will be offered on an initial 3-month contract, with the potential to extend further. The council has a hybrid working arrangement in place, and the successful candidate will be asked to attend the office once per week.

The role entails carrying a caseload of legal property matters, mostly residential, including but not limited to:

• Right-to-buy
• Buy-backs
• Sales and purchases
• Residential lease extensions
• Certificates of compliance

Experience working for a local authority is desirable but not essential, if you have experience in all the above areas from a private sector background you will also be considered.
