Position Overview
The Dispute Resolution Lawyer will handle a varied caseload, representing both individuals and corporate clients in property litigation matters. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client service and contributing to the firm's reputation

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse property litigation caseload independently
• Represent clients in contentious probate and contract disputes
• Handle debt recovery, boundary disputes, and landlord-tenant matters
• Participate in the firm's business development and marketing initiatives
• Provide exceptional client service and maintain the firm's reputation

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or FCILEx with at least 2 years' experience
• Proven track record in property litigation (residential and commercial)
• Proficiency in managing a varied caseload independently
• Excellent client service skills and a positive attitude
