PROPERTY LITIGATION SOLICITOR REQUIRED

Our client, a hugely successful high street firm in East London have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join their highly regarded team in East London.

The firm are seeking someone with a minimum of 1 years PQE [more senior candidates will also be considered] to assist the existing team in providing a range of services which currently include:

•          Possession Proceedings

•          Lease Extensions

•          Service Charge and Rent Arrears

•          Dilapidations  and Repair Proceedings

•          Forfeiture Options

•          Rent Reviews

•          Enfranchisement

•          Party Wall Disputes

Also: Landlord and Tennant matters, Service of S146 notices, Compulsory Purchase Orders, Assignment and Sub Lettings, Trespass Proceedings, Business Tenancy Renewals...

The client base is a mix of SMEs, HNW individuals, corporates both UK based and from overseas.  Fast track career progression for right candidate.

The firm welcome applications from candidates with COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE LITIGATION experience and Turkish language experience is also highly desirable.
