• Managing a diverse caseload of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues, and property contract disputes.
• Collaborating with the Principal solicitor and legal professionals to ensure the best outcome for clients.
• Assisting with the preparation of cases and developing strategies.
• Preparing legal documents and conducting legal research.
• Providing legal guidance when necessary.

Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Property Litigation Solicitor

• Qualified solicitor (2 PQE) or equivalent.
• A diligent and motivated solicitor with a strong interest in property litigation.
