Property Litigation Senior Associate

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join their Legal 500 ranked Property Litigation team in Manchester City Centre.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas is desired, but not essential:

• Landlord and Tenant work / LTA 1954 Act Lease Renewals
• Telecommunications related disputes, representing landowners and/or operators
• Dilapidations
• Contractual disputes
• Insolvency and Restructuring
• Possession claims
• Development constraints and rights of light work
• Rights of first refusal, residential structuring experience, residential tenants' rights (expertise in enfranchisement/ RTM)
• Energy and infrastructure related disputes
