Job Title: Probate Lawyer
Location: Horsforth
Salary: £35,000 to £55,000
Contract: Full Time, Permanent (Potential of hybrid working after 12 weeks probation)
About the Firm
CRA Consulting are working with a specialist dedicated business dealing with Conveyancing, Wills, Trusts and Probate, Employment and Dispute Resolution legal matters. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established national firm and deal with a broad range of Wills, Trusts and General Probate Matters.
The role will see you:
* Handle a wide range of matters such as Preparation of Wills, IHT/CGT Planning, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, Trusts
* Work with directors to develop new business
* Consistently meet both individual and team targets and objectives
* Keep informed of all changes in the Law and Practice of your area
* Financial control in regard to cash flow, account and billing

About you:
* Min. 3 years' PQE in Wills, Trusts and Probate

* Experienced with case management tools and MS Office programmes
* Good communicator and ability to create strong relationships with clients
