BCL Legal is assisting a national law firm in their search for a Solicitor or Senior Associate to join their Probate team within the East Midlands. The role involves managing a diverse caseload, including drafting Wills, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney, as well as handling complex estate administration for high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of probate matters
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents
- Business development and networking

Requirements:
- 2+ years PQE
- Strong private client experience
- STEP Qualification or equivalent (desirable)
