Our client, a Top 200 UK law firm are seeking an ambitious solicitor to join their renowned Private Client team based in Hertfordshire where you will handle a wide range of complex and rewarding work, with the full backing and support of a firm committed to your development and success.

The Role:

As a key member of the Private Client team, you will have the chance to manage a varied and high-quality caseload, including:
- Advising clients on the preparation of wills, trusts, and other estate planning tools to protect assets and minimise inheritance tax liabilities.
- Managing the full process of estate administration, from obtaining grants of probate to distributing assets to beneficiaries. You'll handle estates of varying complexity, including those with high-net-worth and international elements.
- Advising on the creation and management of trusts, including family trusts, charitable trusts, and discretionary trusts. You'll work closely with clients to protect wealth and ensure its smooth transition to future generations.
- Preparing LPA's and advising clients on safeguarding their affairs in the event of mental incapacity. You will also be involved in Court of Protection applications for more complex cases.
- Providing expert advice on inheritance tax and capital gains tax implications in relation to wills, trusts, and probate matters.
