Private Client Solicitor - Essex

Our client, a well-established law firm in Essex, is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor to contribute to the firm's success and growth in the private client sector.

Position Overview
The Private Client Solicitor will play a crucial role in providing high-quality legal services to the firm's clients, working independently and collaboratively with the team to maintain and develop client relationships, and contribute to the department's growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Undertake fee-earning work independently and as a team member
• Maintain and develop relationships with clients and referrers
• Collaborate with other departments on joint projects
• Contribute to department growth, client base, and marketing efforts
• Achieve agreed financial targets for fee income and chargeable hours
• Adhere to firm policies, procedures, and compliance regulations
• Maintain and update legal knowledge through continuous development

Requirements

• 3+ years PQE in a Private Client team
• Excellent planning and prioritisation skills
• Strong written and oral communication abilities
• STEP or SFE accreditation (desirable)
