Work will include: Wills, Probate & Administration of Estates, Estate Planning, Trusts, Assisted Decision Making, Residential Property Acquisitions and Disposals
· Working on a range of legal and advisory private client services as well as providing advice on a range of other areas including administration of estates and related taxation, advice surrounding capacity as well as assisting clients in the acquisition, disposal and mortgage of residential property

The Candidate

· Private client Solicitor with 2+PQE
· You will be able to demonstrate strong technical ability and have gained exposure to a variety of private client matters
