BCL Legal are working with their client, a regionally recognised law firm based in Suffolk, who are looking to recruit an NQ Private Client Solicitor. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established firm that offers high-quality legal services to high net-worth clients.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ solicitor to develop their career in Private Client law, working with a prestigious team that is highly rated in the Legal 500. The firm's Private Client department handles a diverse range of matters for HNW clients, including estate planning, trusts, tax advice, and wealth management. You will gain exposure to complex, challenging work while benefiting from the support of specialist, STEP-qualified lawyers who have extensive experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise HNW individuals on a variety of Private Client matters, including Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning, and Probate.
Assist with complex tax matters, including Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax, and Wealth Planning.
Draft legal documents and provide clear, concise advice to clients.
Develop client relationships and provide exceptional client care.
Work closely with experienced colleagues, offering opportunities to learn from specialist solicitors with STEP qualifications.

About You:

The ideal candidate will be a Newly Qualified Solicitor with experience or a keen interest in Private Client work. You should have the following skills and attributes:

A genuine interest in Private Client law, particularly in dealing with HNW individuals.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A passion for providing excellent client service.
