Private Client Locum – Maternity Cover

This role involves working on a diverse range of private client matters, including wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), probate, and Court of Protection applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional legal advice and support to clients on a variety of private client matters.
• Manage and progress a caseload efficiently and effectively.
• Draft and review legal documents related to wills, LPAs, probate, and Court of Protection applications.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
