Position Overview:

We seek to hire a Private Client Solicitor to manage a diverse caseload of private client matters. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing legal advice and assistance to individuals on a range of issues, including wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts.

Key Responsibilities:

1.            Manage a varied private client caseload, including will drafting, estate administration, and trust creation.

2.            Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

3.            Handle complex matters related to inheritance tax planning and wealth preservation.

4.            Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations.

5.            Build and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.

6.            Collaborate with other members of the legal team to ensure comprehensive and seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

1.            Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years of experience in private client law.

2.            Strong knowledge of wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts.

3.            Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4.            Proven ability to manage and prioritize a diverse caseload efficiently.

5.            Client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

6.            Membership in relevant professional organizations (e.g., Law Society) is desirable.
