Salary: up to £45,000 DOE
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

About the Firm
CRA Legal are working with a specialist dedicated business dealing with Conveyancing, Wills, Trusts and Probate, Employment and Dispute Resolution legal matters. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established firm in their Private Client department, handling a wide range of private client work and develop your own caseload.
The role will see you:

• Handle a wide range of PC work such as Wills, Probate, Trusts, Elderly Client, Court of Protection, Powers of Attorney
• Support the Contentious Probate Team
• Support existing Private Client fee earners whilst developing your own caseload
• Achieve fee earning targets as set by the Company
• Comply with the Company's policies and procedures
• Undertake learning and development for Continuing Competence (as defined by the SRA)

About you:

• Min. 3 years' PQE in private client matters
• Work efficiently on a high volume of workloads
• Computer literate and competent in MS Office programmes
• Self-sufficient with the ability to work within a team
• Utilise the case management system
