Position Overview
The Post Exchange Lead will play a crucial role in overseeing the post-exchange and completion processes, ensuring smooth transactions and client satisfaction. This position offers the opportunity to mentor and guide a team of Post Exchange Executives, contributing to the department's overall success.

Responsibilities

• Prepare post-exchange correspondence and complete Stamp Duty Land Tax returns
• Submit HMLR searches and prepare Certificates of Title
• Handle completion day communications and manage completion paperwork
• Monitor files, close files, and coordinate holiday cover
• Conduct appraisals and provide training on post-exchange issues

Requirements

• Experience within Residential Property Conveyancing
• Strong mentoring, coaching, and analytical thinking skills
• Proficiency in problem-solving and organisation
• Relevant qualification in conveyancing (preferred)
• Knowledge of compliance and residential legislation
