Permanent Adult Social Care Lawyer is required to join a local authority based in Home Counties on a part time, fully remote basis for 3 days a week.
You will work closely with one other adult social care lawyer in the team who also works part time and you will work different working patterns of the week and have your own caseload.
As an Adult Social Care Lawyer, you will be required to undertake the following duties;
- Court of protection matters
- Deprivation of Liberty
- Policy related work
- Mental Health matters
